Practice Schedule:
  Sundays  

8:00 to 9:30 am

  Mondays   5:30 to 7:00 pm
  Wednesdays   9:30 to 11:00 pm
  Fridays   5:30 to 7:00 pm

Regular practice schedule runs from October 2009 through June 2010.

Keep Your Skate Muscles Fit with Dryland Exercises
Stay in shape and get the extra muscle power you need by doing regular dryland (off-skates) exercises. Plyometric and jumping exercises are a key ingredient for producing speed and power in your skating for both ice and inline.

Got questions? Club members are available to answer questions about skate equipment and there may even be equipment that can be swapped, tried out, borrowed, etc. through club members.
